Adds a checkbox to report/messages view which selects all messages/reports when clicked. The checkbox is placed at the same location as if Plus account were activated, i.e. at the end of the table before the "Delete" button.

TODO:
* Enable selection only of particular kind of reports (trade, attack...) or read/unread messages or reports.
* When clicking on the "select all" checkbox and then manually deselecting any item, the checkbox remains checked. So this should be fixed.
